Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed Friday–Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping timeframes are estimates and begin after processing is complete.

  • Economy Shipping (5–8 business days): $9.95
  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $14.95
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $39.95
  • International Shipping (6–12 business days): $39.95

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Please review the information below carefully regarding shipping-related issues.

We Are Responsible For

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must:

  • Keep all original packaging and tags intact

  • Submit a claim through our Return Center within 1 business day of delivery

Reshipping Due to Our Error
If a package is returned due to an error on our part (with a correctly entered shipping address), we will cover the cost to reship the order.


We Are Not Responsible For

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped, CUBANFIT is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking details.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the carrier confirms delivery, all claims must be handled directly with the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout will require the customer to pay reshipping fees.

Late Damage Reports
Damage reported more than 1 business day after delivery is not covered. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
