Return Eligibility
- We accept returns only for damaged or defective items reported within 10 days of the delivery date.
- All approved returns must include original tags and be unworn and unwashed.
- All return requests must be submitted through our Return Center. Requests submitted outside of this system will not be processed.
Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are not provided for returns.
- Cash refunds are issued only if an item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- In all other approved cases, store credit or a replacement item will be issued at our discretion.
Final Sale Policy
- All other purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

Lost or Damaged Packages

- Submit a claim via our Return Center within 1 business day of delivery

Reshipping Due to Our Error:
If a package is returned due to an error on our part with a correctly entered address, we will cover reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order has shipped, CUBANFIT is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking details. -
Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If the carrier confirms delivery, all claims must be handled directly with the carrier. -
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout will require the customer to cover reshipping fees. -
Late Damage Reports:
Damage reported more than 1 business day after delivery is not covered. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
