Absolutely - On this website we ship to United States and Rest of World.
How do I track my order?
All orders are normally shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to ship). 

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.
Order processing:
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. During Sales when there is a high volume in orders, please allow an extra 5 business days to process orders.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. 

Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during sale and peak trading periods therefore CUBANFIT cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.
Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. 
Returns Policy
Inspection and Contact:
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, it is important to contact us immediately. 

Cash Refunds:
We regret to inform you that we do not provide cash refunds for any purchases. 

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items:
We will gladly accept exchanges or refund damaged or defective items within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that all tags are still attached to the items. 

Final Sale Items:
Please note that all other items are considered final sale. This means they cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Correct Size Selection:
Due to high demand and limited inventory, we are unable to accept exchanges for items purchased in the incorrect size. Therefore, we kindly request you to carefully choose the correct size before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the returnability of a specific item, please reach out to us. 

Customer Responsibility for Return Costs:
Please note that all costs associated with returning items to CUBANFIT are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged packages:
As we do apologize in advance if you happen to experience any issues with receiving your package from CUBANFIT. 

Please read carefully below to be advised of our policies. 

- Damaged items (Please keep all packing material and notify us within 1 business day of receiving your package.) 

- Reshipping fees for returned packages (With correct and completed addresses)   

- Lost packages (With incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses). Please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information for assistance. 

- Packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. 

- Reshipment fees for returned packages (With incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses) 

- Damaged/Worn merchandise after more than 1 business day of receiving your package. We will offer you store credit for the inconvenience. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Search for Products
Use our comprehensive Search box located in the upper left corner of our site to find the exact product you need, or browse through the results that fit your criteria. You can enter a product number or even a partial description of the product. You can be as broad as "shorts" or as specific as "seamless camo shorts"
We always want our items to fit our customers perfectly, so we provide a size guide and sizing information next to all items on our website. All our items generally fit true to size but if we know a product’s material creates a tighter fit, we’ll recommend sizing up in the product description box alongside the item.
Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
We carry different products. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We can't always give a heads up about all product restocks as it's always subject to change. However, we do have a back in stock function, so we can notify you when they're restocked.
We've designed all our leggings to be flexible, durable and most importantly, opaque. 
MATERIAL:  Finding the right blend of high-quality, sweat-wicking materials is key when trying to avoid see-through leggings. A Nylon, Polyester and Elastane blend Legging will be soft, and buttery to the touch, giving that second skin feeling, while helping to wick away sweat from the body during intense workouts.

FIT: It's important to get the right fit as sizing down can stretch the material. If the fabric is stretched too tight, the knit may stretch and this can cause sheerness, and we don't want that.

COLORS: Avoid light colours such as bright pinks, yellows and light blues. Whilst wearing tonal underwear will help, as a general rule of thumb, we'd recommend sizing up if purchasing lighter colours. Darker colours such as black, grey, dark green and brown are solid choices.

We've designed our leggings with you in mind, for those sweaty HIIT days, heavy leg days and of course those well-earned rest (and maybe some pizza) days. So you can be sure we've got you covered with your next 'fit.

Based on the above factors, sheerness can look different on everyone. Whilst we can't guarantee our leggings will be completely 'squat-proof', hopefully you'll be able to find the ideal fit from the information above.
All CUBANFIT products are designed in United States and Europe. We work with different manufacturers all over the world, but most of our products are made in Asia. We only work with factories that provide good working conditions and fair labor. 
Our high-performance / high-fashion active-streetwear is made with innovation using elevated techniques. Follow these instructions to prolong the life of your piece:
READ LABEL: It seems like an easy one, but doing this first will help you avoid any washing, drying or ironing errors at the wrong setting. So read the care label and make sure you understand those symbols, too!

WASH CLOTHES INSIDE OUT: We're just being honest here - sweat, dead skin cells and bacteria accumulate on the inside of your garments, which can cause it to smell worse than your 3 day old protein shaker (yeah, sorry about that). By washing your clothes inside out though, will ensure a more thorough clean - that's a win!

WASH AT COLD TEMPERATURE: Washing on too high a heat can waste a lot of energy, so save that energy and wash your sportswear at 30°C or below where you can.

AVOID THE TUMBLE DRYER: All that heat and agitation from tumble drying will shorten the lifespan of your sportswear and we don't want that! Wherever possible, air dry those 'fits to preserve their elasticity, logos, and prints for longer. Air drying will also save energy and greenhouse gas emissions, so you can do your bit for the environment when caring for your 'fits.

AVOID FABRIC SOFTENER: Your CUBANFIT is already soft enough, using fabric softener can ruin the fabric and elasticity of your workout clothes.
At CUBANFIT, we are anti-fast fashion. We design and produce slowly and thoughtfully because we are conscious about reducing waste. Below are things we’re currently doing on our sustainability journey.

The most anti-fast fashion thing we can do is make clothes with quality fabrics and quality construction. Why? Because making clothes that will last years (not days) in people’s closets is the first step in reducing the amount of clothing waste that’ll end up in the landfill. 
We design with you and only make what you want.
We greatly appreciate receiving your feedback as it plays a vital role in shaping the design of our clothes according to your preferences. Unlike some other brands, we don't believe in producing blindly, as it carries a significant risk of creating unwanted goods. We are truly grateful for the open communication we have with our customers, as it allows us to avoid producing clothes that would ultimately go unsold and end up in landfills.
We use the "test first" model
Our approach to production is always cautious when it comes to quantities, ensuring that we never overproduce items that don't align with your preferences. When a particular style sells out and our waitlist expands, we gain the confidence to place a larger and more precise reorder, driven by genuine demand. We understand that it can be frustrating when many of our styles sell out quickly, but we hope this insight helps you grasp the reason behind it.
Conscious ShIpping
Our shipping team is extensively trained to pack your orders in the most efficient way possible, prioritizing space-saving techniques. By doing so, we not only minimize the number of boxes used but also reduce our shipping costs.
As we’ve grown our team of work-from-homers, we have unintentionally cut down on commute times and carbon emissions and plan to keep it this way! 
We do not use animal products in our manufacturing.
