Processing: All orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS. Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order.

Shipping: All orders are normally shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.

Estimated arrivals: All orders are estimated to arrive within 1 week depending on geographical locations and the carrier. We (Cuban Fit) are not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier listed in your tracking information.
