✅ Gift vouchers will be emailed to the provided email address. 

✅ If you can’t find your voucher, please check your spam/junk mailbox. 

✅ Please allow 1 business day for your voucher to be emailed.  

✅ All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and can not be extended.    

✅ All gift vouchers are non-refundable. 

✅ When it comes time for the recipient to use their voucher, they must simply choose the product they want then add the coupon code in the checkout. 

✅ If they don’t use the whole voucher, the remaining amount can be used for another purchase.
